Every Rug My City order is custom-made. Production begins after payment confirmation and design finalization.
Estimated delivery times
- Express: typically 4-7 business days
- Standard: usually 10-15 business days
- Economy: about 15-25 business days
Final shipping options and cost vary by destination and rug size and are shown during checkout.
Order processing
Most orders enter production quickly after successful payment. You can track order progress in your account under My Orders.
During peak seasons or promotions, production and delivery may take a bit longer.
Packaging and delivery notes
For easier shipping, rugs are folded for delivery. Temporary creases may appear and should relax over time.
Small color, position, or size variations can occur due to production batches and printing equipment.
