Returns and Refunds

Because each rug is made to order, returns for buyer preference changes are limited. We always help if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom product policy

Personalized products are unique to your selected design, so cancellations or returns after production starts may not be possible.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

How resolutions work

After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution such as replacement, store credit, or refund based on the issue.

What is considered normal

For easier shipping, rugs are folded for delivery. Temporary creases may appear and should relax over time.

Small color, position, or size variations can occur due to production batches and printing equipment. If you are unsure about an issue, contact us and we will help.
